Jiffy Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 loaf frozen bread dough
white sugar

Preparation

Let dough thaw but not rise.
Cut loaf in 3 strips lengthwise, then cut crosswise into chunks to look like 1-inch squares.
Drop in hot shortening.
Drain on brown paper.
Roll in white sugar and serve.
