Zesty Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large carrots
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cut carrots into thin strips.
    Cook until tender in salted water.
    Place in 6 x 10-inch baking dish.
    Mix together rest of the ingredients (except crumbs) and pour over carrots.
    Sprinkle with crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
