Fish Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. steel head trout, skinned and filleted
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Put single layer of fish in greased baking dish.
    Combine all ingredients and pour over fish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
