Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, cut up
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    spaghetti sauce mix
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    3 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    10 to 15 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Brown onion, garlic and ground beef, stirring until crumbly and drain off fat.
    Add spaghetti sauce mix and tomato sauce; mix well and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Alternate layers of noodles, cheese and ground beef in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Sprinkle top with extra Mozzarella cheese and bake 5 minutes longer.
