Barbecued Bacon-Shrimp Skewers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. large shrimp (40)
1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
3 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
6 oz. slice bacon (about 10 slices), quartered crosswise
Preparation

Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact.
Butterfly (cut halfway through along outside curve).
Place in medium bowl; add Cajun seasoning.
Toss to coat.
Add barbecue sauce; stir to coat. Let sit 30 minutes.
