Spiced Sweet Potatoes With Apples And Raisins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
    1 lb. sweet potatoes (about 3), peeled and cut crosswise into 1/3 inch slices
    1 Granny Smith apple, cored, quartered, and cut into 1/4 inch slices
    2 Tbsp. unsalted butter or margarine or less
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. fresh orange juice
    2 Tbsp. unsalted butter or margarine
Preparation
    In a small bowl let the raisins soak in water combined with Grand Marnier for 20 minutes.
    In a steamer basket set over simmering water, steam the sweet potatoes, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they are just tender.
