Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 3/4 to 6 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. shortening
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Put yeast, shortening and sugar in a large bowl.
    Heat milk to lukewarm.
    Pour over ingredients in bowl.
    Beat well; add 2 cups flour and mix.
    Add eggs and mix.
    Stir in remaining flour.
    Knead on a floured board.
    Place in a large bowl.
    After it rises, punch down.
    Let rise a second time, then make into rolls or loaves. Let rise.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
