Swiss Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 potatoes, cut into small chunks
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3 c. milk
    1 lb. Swiss cheese slices
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter in soup pan.
    Add 3 cups water and potatoes.
    Cook until potatoes are tender.
    With a hand potato masher, gently mash potatoes.
    Add dry mustard, milk and Swiss cheese slices.
    Cook on low heat until cheese is melted.
