Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. lukewarm water
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    2 tsp. salt
    6 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 egg
    1/3 c. oil
Preparation
    Put water in a large bowl.
    Sprinkle yeast on top and let dissolve.
    Add sugar, salt and 1/2 cup flour.
    Beat well for 2 minutes.
    Add egg and oil and mix again.
    Add remaining flour; mix all together well.
    Put in refrigerator for 2 hours before making rolls.
    Push down everyday and keep covered with damp cloth.
