Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef (or part pork)
    20 crackers, crushed
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 tsp. mustard
    2 tsp. horseradish
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 c. milk
    bacon strip
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients in a bowl until well blended.
    Add milk and continue mixing until a loaf shape can be made that will hold together.
    Place in a loaf pan and top with bacon strip.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
