Crock-Pot Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 large white potatoes
    1 pt. half and half
    1 large can chicken broth (I prefer Swanson; it is not as salty)
    1 large onion
    1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
    1/2 tsp. black pepper or to taste
    a little dill (about 1 tsp.; adds a little taste and color)
Preparation
    Potatoes should be scrubbed, peeled and diced into medium chunks.
    Onion should also be peeled and chopped.
    Put all ingredients into slow cooker and stir.
    Turn pot to medium temperature (about 375\u00b0); cook for 7 to 8 hours.
