Shipwreck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 potatoes
    3 pcs. celery, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 No. 2 can kidney beans
    1 can tomato soup, plus 1/2 can water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Layer in casserole with meat on bottom.
    Cook 15 minutes at 400\u00b0, then 1 hour at 350\u00b0, covered.
