Butterscotch Pecan Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Bake in an 8 x 8-inch square pan, 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Ice with a thin powdered sugar icing while warm.
