Sausage Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. sharp cheese
    1 lb. ground hot sausage
    3 c. Bisquick mix
Preparation
    Melt cheese in top of double boiler.
    Crumble up sausage and add to cheese.
    Mix well.
    Add flour all at once and work with hands; form into walnut size balls.
    Freeze on baking sheet; remove and place in plastic freezer bags.
    Remove as many as you want to bake, let thaw for 1 hour before baking on cookie sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
