Kelly'S Favorite Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. red-skinned small potatoes, cut in half
    4 Tbsp. olive oil or other kind of oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice (more if desired)
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 tsp. rosemary, crushed
    1 Tbsp. dried, crushed mint leaves
    2 cloves garlic, crushed or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion salt or to taste
    1/4 tsp. black pepper or fresh ground pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in large saucepan in water, or add 1 cube of chicken bouillon for added flavor.
    Cook about 5 to 7 minutes or until fork-tender.
