Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken
    2 c. Minute rice
    1 1/2 lb. frozen cauliflower nuggets, carrots and snow pea pods
    2 large onions, sliced
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Put 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in small frypan.
    Add diced chicken and fry until brown; stir continually.
    Put 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in large frypan.
    Add vegetables and sliced onions; stir continually until thoroughly warmed.
    Add diced chicken to cooked vegetables.
    Serve cooked vegetables over rice on individual plates.
    Serves 4 to 5.
