Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    1 c. shortening (butter Crisco)
    6 Tbsp. cold milk
    1 egg, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. vinegar (apple cider)
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and salt.
    Blend in Crisco; mix milk, egg and vinegar last.
    Roll in ball.
    Can be used immediately or store in refrigerator in sealed bag for later.
    Makes 1 cobbler and 2 pan pies.
