Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 small container sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 stick melted butter
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl except melted butter. Pour the melted butter into a 9 x 13-inch pan, then put the hash brown mixture in the pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
