Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. grated zucchini (squeeze out excess water)
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    3 c. flour (plain)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cloves
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all together and pour into 2 large loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
