Mango Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 green peppers
    12 red peppers
    6 onions
    1/2 c. salt
    4 c. sugar
    2 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Wash and grind peppers and onion with a food grinder.
    Add 1/2 cup of salt and cover with boiling water.
    Let stand 5 minutes; drain and squeeze out all liquid.
    Cover again with boiling water and let stand 10 minutes; squeeze out all liquid.
    Heat vinegar, sugar and spices to rolling boil.
    Add vegetables to boiling mixture and cook for 20 minutes.
    Place hot mixture in jars and seal.
