Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium yellow squash
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 medium, chopped onion
    1 stick butter
    12 oz. grated cheese
Preparation
    Any type squash or combination will do; cook squash and onion in bouillon water until tender.
    Use just enough water to cover squash well.
    When tender, add butter, crackers and cheese.
    Stir together well and season to taste.
