Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. zucchini, cut in bite-size pieces
    2 small carrots, shredded
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/3 c. melted butter or oleo
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing mix
    1 small onion, grated
    1 small sour cream (8 oz.)
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in water approximately 5 minutes.
    Use 1/2 to 3/4 stuffing mix with all ingredients.
    Pour in pan.
    Top with rest of stuffing mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
