Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 medium chopped green pepper
    1 medium chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    2 cans tomato sauce or paste
    1 bottle tomato catsup
    pinch of cinnamon, ginger, cloves and salt
Preparation
    Cook meat in oil with green pepper and onion in a skillet until red color leaves meat, stirring continuously.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir well to blend.
    Cover tightly and simmer for 3 to 4 hours.
    Stir often to prevent sticking.
    Makes enough for 10 to 12 servings and freezes well.
