Ingredients

1 can jellied cranberries
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 c. crushed pineapple
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 pt. whipped topping
Preparation

Blend the cranberries and lemon juice with a fork.
In a separate bowl, mix together the confectioners sugar, pineapple, mayonnaise and pecans.
Mix both together and place in the dish you will freeze in.
Spread whipped topping on top and freeze.
Remove from freezer 15 minutes before use.
Doubles easily.
