Nine Bean Soup Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. barley pearls
1 lb. black beans
1 lb. red beans
1 lb. pinto beans
1 lb. navy beans
1 lb. Great Northern beans
1 lb. lentils
1 lb. split peas
1 lb. black-eyed peas

Preparation

Combine all beans and mix well.
Divide into 2 cup packages for storing and gift giving with recipe for soup.
Yield:
10 (2 cup) packages.
