Mexican Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (8 oz.) medium sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    3 Tbsp. taco seasoning
    3 Tbsp. chopped (finely) green chiles
    2/3 c. finely chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In a food processor fitted with steel blades or mixer, combine all ingredients except chiles and walnuts; blend thoroughly.
    Stir in chiles.
    Divide mixer in half.
    Chill 15 to 20 minutes.
    Shape each portion into a ball.
    Press each into walnuts.
    Wrap in plastic wrap.
    Chill overnight before serving.
