Chicken Scallopini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Split Breasts
    1/2 c. Flour (Season flour with Salt and pepper)
    1 tsp. Parsley
    4 Lemon Slices
    1/2 c. Sherry
Preparation
    1. Pound each chicken breasts to 1/4 - 1/8 thin. Dredge in flour, salt, and pepper.
    2. Fry chicken in pan with some oil until cooked.
    3. Add parsley, lemon slices, and sherry. Cook and stir
    several minutes. Serve immediately.
