Quick Biscuit Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 biscuits (leftover)
    1 can pineapple juice
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    4 ripe apples, sliced
Preparation
    Pour pineapple juice over biscuits. Let soak until soft. Stir in sugar, eggs, oil and all sliced apples. Stir in vanilla flavor. Pour into a well-greased pan. Place in a 400\u00b0 oven until brown. Serve hot or cold.
