Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken chunks (cold, cut-up)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 c. mushroom soup
    2 pimentos, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 tsp. Accent
    1-1/2 c. crushed potato chips
    4 eggs (hard cooked and sliced)
    2/3 c. toasted, chopped almonds
Preparation
    Combine chicken, lemon juice, mayonnaise, soup, pimentos, salt, Accent, and eggs.
    Place in 11 x 7 inch rectangular dish. Top with cheese, chips and almonds combined.
    Let stand overnight in fridge.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20-25 minutes and serve.
    Yields: 6-8 servings.
