Batter Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    In a large mixer bowl combine 2 cups all-purpose flour and 1 package active dry yeast.
    In a saucepan heat 1 1/4 cups of milk, 1/2 cup shortening, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon salt, just until warm (115\u00b0 to 120\u00b0) and shortening is almost melted.
    Stir constantly.
    Add to flour mixture and add 1 egg.
