Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. finely chopped green peppers
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (6 to 8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Combine ingredients, use half of the pecans, and mix well. Chill 3 to 4 hours.
    Form into a ball and chill more if soft. Roll in other half of pecans.
    Wrap in plastic until ready to use. The longer it sets, the better it gets.
