Donna'S Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    margarine
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
Preparation
    In pan, saute onion and bell pepper in margarine until tender. In a 13 x 9-inch pan mix soup, Cheez Whiz, sauteed vegetables and frozen hash browns together.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until brown and bubbly.
