Chicken In Lemon Wine Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 boneless chicken breasts
2 medium onions
4 cubanel peppers
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. flour
3 lemons
1 c. white wine
pinch of parsley
Preparation

Cut each chicken breast into 3 to 4 long slices.
Coat with flour; set aside.
Cut onions and peppers into long strips.
Saute onion and peppers in large frying pan.
Once done, remove and set aside.
In same frying pan use margarine to cook chicken until golden brown.
Add onions and peppers, squeeze lemons and add the juice (without seeds).
Add white wine and parsley.
Serve with egg noodles or rice.
