Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Italian sausage or 1 lb. hamburg
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. sweet basil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
10 oz. noodles
2 beaten eggs
3 c. Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. Romano or Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
16 oz. Mozzarella, grated (save some for top)
Preparation

Brown sausage or hamburg and drain.
Add tomatoes and juice, tomato paste, water, basil, garlic and salt.
Simmer covered for 15 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Cook noodles; drain.
