Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cake flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
8 egg yolks
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. corn oil
2 tsp. flavoring (we recommend black walnuts)
8 egg whites
1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Sift the first 4 ingredients together 3 times and set aside. Mix the next 4 ingredients and set aside.
Beat egg whites and cream of tartar.
Mix all ingredients together and bake 55 minutes in an angel food cake pan.
