Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. granulated sugar
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 eggs
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can fruit cocktail, drained
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    4 Tbsp. juice drained from fruit
    1 c. finely chopped nuts
    1 c. light brown sugar
Preparation
    Bake for 45 minutes at 325\u00b0 for glass pan
    and 350\u00b0 for aluminum pan.
    Serve with topping such as whipped cream, Dream Whip or Cool Whip.
