Texas Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. oil
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    2 c. flour, sifted
    1/2 c. buttermilk or 1 Tbsp. vinegar in sweet milk
    2 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Boil margarine, oil, cocoa and water and pour over sugar, salt and flour, sifted.
    Add buttermilk or sweet milk with vinegar, beaten eggs, soda and vanilla.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes in 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan.
