Penuche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. light Karo syrup
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Cook the first 4 ingredients to soft ball stage.
    Add the butter and vanilla. Cool to 110\u00b0. Beat until stiff.
    Add the walnuts and spread into greased pan.
