Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans chopped clams and juice
1/4 lb. butter, melted
4 Tbsp. grated onion
1/2 grated green pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. oregano
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix all together and pat in 9-inch pie plate.
Cover with Romano cheese.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 10 to 20 minutes until brown. Serve with \"Great Crisps\", tomato and celery crackers.
