Cream Chicken & Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Large Onion
1 1/2 tsp. Butter
4 Cup Chopped Chicken
1-10 oz. Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Chopped Pimiento
1 Cup Mild Cheddar Cheese
6 Frozen Biscuits - Thawed
Preparation

Heat oven to 350.
Grease 11x7 dish.
Sauteed butter and onions in skillet.
Combine onions, chicken, soup and sour cream, milk and pimiento.
Mix well.
Spoon into dish.
Bake 15 minutes then sprinkle with 3/4 cup cheddar cheese.
Arrange biscuits on top, sprinkle rest of cheese.
