"Lo-Cal" Pizza And Bread Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
    6 c. flour (approximately)
Preparation
    In a bowl measure 3 cups of flour, yeast, salt and sugar.
    Mix well.
    Slowly add 2 cups warm water.
    Stir.
    Add another cup of flour and mix well.
    Turn out on a floured counter and add the remaining flour.
    Knead for 5 minutes.
    This will make three 12-inch pizzas or 1 pizza and a good-sized loaf of bread.
    Divide dough.
