Jalapeno Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    jalapeno peppers
    plain salt
    olive oil
    garlic
    white vinegar
    sugar
Preparation
    Cut peppers from top down, halfway.
    Soak 24 hours in brine that will float an egg (using plain salt).
    Sterilize jars and place a few small pieces of garlic, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of olive oil in each jar.
    Pack peppers in jar.
