Grapefruit Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. water
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 medium size can crushed pineapple
    2 c. grapefruit sections and juice, cut into bite-size pieces
    1/2 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Cream together cream cheese and sugar.
    Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup water.
    Add boiling water.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add to mixture.
    Combine well.
    Add crushed pineapple, grapefruit sections and juice and walnuts or pecans.
    Chill until firm.
