Orange Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. salad oil
5 unbeaten egg yolks
2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
juice of 2 oranges
juice of 1 lemon and water to make 3/4 c.
egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Beat egg whites and cream of tartar together.
Mix together other ingredients.
Fold in egg whites. Bake at 350\u00b0 until tests done.
