Baked Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    3 c. evaporated skim milk
    6 Tbsp. raisins
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Place in a 2-quart casserole dish, coated with nonstick spray. Bake 30 minutes.
    Stir and bake 30 minutes longer.
