Sugarless Date Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 lb. dates, cut up
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1/3 c. dry milk powder
    1 c. rolled oats
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. carob chips
    1/2 c. sunflower seeds
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream butter and set aside.
    Grind dates.
    Blend with eggs and vanilla to make a paste.
    Stir in dates and butter into batter. Add flour, milk powder, oats, raisins, chips, sunflower seeds and pecans.
    Mix and drop by spoonfuls 1/2-inch apart on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 in regular oven for 10 to 15 minutes or conventional oven for 7 1/2 minutes to 10 minutes, until peak begins to brown.
    Makes 5 dozen.
