Letha'S Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 c. tomatoes
    1 level tsp. salt
    2 tsp. chopped onions
    1/3 tsp. pepper
    1 qt. boiling water
Preparation
    Cook rice 20 minutes; drain. Add all ingredients and cook slowly until juice of tomatoes is absorbed. Serve hot.
