Ingredients

1/2 c. Kahlua
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. sugar
12 oz. (large bag) semi-sweet chocolate chips
33 oz. (2 boxes) Pepperidge Farm round vanilla and chocolate cookies
1/2 c. cold water
3 large eggs, separated
2 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Combine Kahlua, water and gelatin in saucepan; cook over low heat for 3 minutes, or until gelatin dissolves.
Add chocolate chips; stir over low heat until blended.
Add room temperature egg yolks; set aside.
