Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 butter or margarine
Preparation

Mix together as for pie crust.
Grease an 8-inch square or rectangle shallow pan.
Fill bottom of pan with sliced apples (the more apples the better).
Put topping over the apples as evenly as possible.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until the apples are done (approximately 25 minutes).
May be served plain or with ice cream or milk.
