Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 large onion
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can sour cream
1 medium pkg. egg noodles
Preparation

Brown hamburger, onion, salt and pepper.
Add mushrooms and soups.
Cook egg noodles until tender.
Just before serving, add sour cream to soup and meat mixture.
Heat thoroughly, but do not boil.
Serve over noodles.
This recipe will serve 4 people.
